Batch Payment Processing
Grouping approved invoices into a scheduled payment run instead of paying them one by one.
Batch payment processing collects approved invoices and releases them together in a payment run — daily, weekly, or on a cash schedule. Batching improves control and banking efficiency, but only works well when invoices are already matched and approved. Automation feeds clean, approved liabilities into each batch so treasury is not waiting on last-minute exceptions.
