Received Not Invoiced (RNI)

Goods received but not yet matched to a supplier invoice.

The received-not-invoiced balance represents goods a company has received but for which no invoice has been processed. A large RNI balance signals reconciliation gaps and distorts accrued payables. Automated matching shrinks RNI by reconciling receipts and invoices continuously.
